A true adventurer at heart, Aditya was born and raised in the metropolitan city of Mumbai, India. He had the opportunity to travel across Europe with his family at a young age doing day treks in the Black forest as well as overnight treks in the lesser Himalayas. This exposure to the outdoors was something he always cherished and after completing his Bachelor of Laws in India, a brief sabbatical took him to Switzerland where he completed his Masters of Business Administration in Hospitality & Tourism. Following his MBA, he worked as a management trainee with the guest centric hotel group Aman in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where his passion for the outdoors and adventure grew exponentially.

He then spent a couple of years in Australia at Lizard Island and Longitude 131 at Uluru before returning to Aman’s second luxurious property in Southern Utah. After returning to work in India at Alila Diwa Goa, a 6-month break allowed him to travel around Europe and the USA and fulfill some of his travel dreams. He then lived in Peru for another couple of years where he worked as a Virtuoso Travel Consultant at a renowned Destination Management Company. Looking for a career challenge, Aditya returned to Australia where he managed the Front Office of the award winning COMO The Treasury in Perth for almost 3 years.

Over a decade of significant luxury hospitality & tourism experience coupled with his passion for crafting detailed personalized itineraries led to The Wayfarer Travel Co., where Aditya is looking to create truly memorable experiences for travelers to some unique parts of the world.
